The assignment will deliver a feasibility study to identify, prioritize, and preliminarily design viable reuse options for treated wastewater from selected small and medium WWTPs across Tunisia. The consulting firm will assess technical solutions (treatment, transfer, storage, irrigation), perform initial economic/financial analysis, review institutional and governance arrangements, and screen environmental and social aspects, aligning with national strategies (Water 2050 and Reuse 2050 Master Plan).

Key outputs include a prioritized set of reuse sub-projects with preliminary designs and costs, stakeholder consultation inputs, and draft ToRs for detailed engineering and ESIA. The work will be carried out over approximately six months under the guidance of a Client-led steering committee.
