This assignment is for consultancy services to support the World Bank in identifying the technologies and technical configuration best suited to meeting the needs and challenges surrounding urban transport service improvement in Casablanca and Tunis. The consultant  will provide the World Bank with an assessment of the most appropriate options and support a parallel program of capacity building and knowledge exchange with both local and national government in South Korea.
