The World Bank is providing support to ANETI in evaluating the satisfaction of participants in the professional orientation workshops. This evaluation consists of collecting data from participants to determine whether the workshops had the intended effects, particularly in helping them define a professional project.  This assignment will take the form of a phone survey to 88 jobseekers. 

The World Bank is seeking to competitively hire a qualified firm to conduct a phone survey targeting 88 participants, to evaluate their satisfaction regarding a professional workshop and if/how they applied the knowledge acquired.
