Consultancy Opportunity for Strengthening the
Competitiveness of the Ukrainian Woodworking Industry
The World Bank is seeking a highly qualified Consultancy to
develop strategic recommendations aimed at enhancing the competitiveness of the
Ukrainian Woodworking Industry (WI). This consultancy will involve three tasks:
- Conducting
a comprehensive study on WI production and export capacity.
- Assessing
the competitiveness of the WI sector.
- Developing
investment proposals to leverage the full potential of the WI.
Required Competencies:
The consultancy team should have extensive experience in
economics, market analysis, investment, and the woodworking industry, with a
strong understanding of Ukraine’s and EU’s environmental policies and
regulatory frameworks. Each team member should have at least 10 years of
relevant experience, excellent English proficiency, and the ability to
translate materials into Ukrainian.
