The objective of the assignment is to support the implementation of activities under the Morocco4Diversity Peer Learning Platform (PLP), enabling 30 companies (10 large, 20 SMEs) to develop and implement diversity, equity and inclusion (DEI) tools, policies, and programs in their respective workplaces, in accordance with international best practices and local context.
The objective of the assignment is to support the implementation of activities under the Morocco4Diversity Peer Learning Platform (PLP), enabling 30 companies (10 large, 20 SMEs) to develop and implement diversity, equity and inclusion (DEI) tools, policies, and programs in their respective workplaces, in accordance with international best practices and local context. IFC is seeking a qualified consulting firm/consortium (“the Consulting Firm”) to carry out the assignment and support the implementation of the activities of the Morocco4Diversity peer learning platform (PLP) under the guidance and supervision of the IFC team across all activities listed below.
The method: Piloted successfully in several countries (i.e., Lebanon, Jordan), M4D will adopt a customized version of the “Leader4Equality” model, which coaches and mentors’ employers and helps them develop a workplace initiative that advances gender diversity in the company’s workforce. In this project, this component will coach, mentor and support 30 employers (10 large companies and 20 SMEs) develop and put in place measures in their company so they can better recruit, retain and promote women.
