The assignment is to support the development of an overarching resilient regeneration strategy for the City of Johannesburg's inner city by assessing the real estate market opportunity in a target precinct, with explicit consideration of proposed developments in the competitive submarkets.

This Request for Expression of Interest invites vendors to prequalify for the provision of specialized advisory services to assess the urban redevelopment opportunity in the Inner City of Johannesburg (focusing on a specific precinct) and identify the infrastructure upgrades needed to promote redevelopment in the target precinct. The key activities of this study will include the following:
