This scope of the DDOA is to enable the WB’s due diligence on the scope and viability of the MTCIP to improve connectivity, climate resilience and safety of selected roads in Mindanao. The DDOA will comprise Data Collection, Options Analysis, E&S Assessment and Economic & Financial Analysis. The study will enable the World Bank carry out strategic dialogues with the government officials, development partners and other stakeholders.

REQUEST FOR EXPRESSION OF INTEREST (EOI)
The World Bank Group invites eligible consulting firms to indicate their interest in providing DUE DILIGENCE AND OPTIONS ANALYSIS FOR THE ROADS UNDER THE PROPOSED MINDANAO TRANSPORT CONNECTIVITY IMPROVEMENT PROJECT (MTCIP).
The assignment expects the consultant to have in-depth experience and familiarity in assessing road and infrastructure development as well as environmental and social risks in the Philippines, and an understanding of conditions in Mindanao. Following this invitation for EOI, a shortlist of qualified firms will be formally invited to submit proposals. Shortlisting and selection will be subject to the availability of funding. Only firms which have been shortlisted will be invited to participate in the RFP phase.
